A. Absolutely. The trance state is a natural state that we all enter several times each day, when we are going to sleep or waking up and when we are absorbed in a book or a tv program.

A. Most people can be hypnotised quite easily if they want to be. You cannot be hypnotised against your will.

A. No, definitely not. You will remain in full control and awareness throughout the trance as it is a similar state to daydreaming. You can open your eyes and come out of the trance at any time – but you may not want to!

A. Unlike medical treatments, there are no side effects with hypnotherapy. You may experience improved sleep and feel more relaxed after receiving hypnotherapy.

A. This is difficult to answer as everyone’s situation and issue is different. After our initial meeting, I will be able to give you a guide as to how many sessions we will need.

A. Yes, of course. I hold a certificate in using hypnotherapy online and I am more than happy to work with clients in this way.
